The Client:

USPS is an agency responsible for postal service in the United States. Its competitors include FedEx and UPS.

The Team:

This was a project worked on by Columbia College Chicago students in Portfolio class. Strategy by Justin Andrews and art by myself.

The problem:

People don't use USPS to send mail as much as they used to, especially the younger generations. With billing moving paperless and access to messaging and social media, people don't have a reason to
directly use the postal service.

The insight:

Receiving personalized mail makes people feel special, and people value personal experiences.
